Students who are ready for college bring with them a curiosity about ideas and an bookss in encountering new ways of looking at the world. In fact, one of the reasons they come to college in the first place is to expand their minds, to encounter gooc ideas and perspectives, and to grow. High school students who are ready for college have genuine curiosity about the world and the people in it. Listening is a vastly undervalued and underappreciated skill in our culture. Strong listening skills (and the patience and empathy that make listening possible) will be enormously valuable to you in all areas of your life, in good books for 3rd graders and beyond. Listening ror will certainly help you move toward a more open and welcoming engagement with the world and with others. Strong listening skills also make possible healthy, positive, respectful human relationships.

Coconut Senses Activity. Use your sense of touch bbooks learn about the texture and shape of coconuts from Fun-A-Day. Coconuts are hairy. Balloon Senses Game. Fill balloons with different objects and see if your kids can guess which is which. This is a great sense of touch activity from Momtastic. Nature Sensory Bag.

Afterward, I added a thin layer of Mod Podge on good books for 3rd graders cardboard itself and set it down in the middle of one of my 10" x 10" scrapbook papers. Press fof firmly and flip over to smooth. You really only need a thin layer or you may get bubbles. The heavier the paper, the less likely you will get bubbles as well.
